Short-Term Running Goals:
I want to be able to run the full marathon with negative splits, minimal walking and be able to complete within 4:30
Long-Term Running Goals:
I enjoy running half marathons as i complete them with very little pain and i want to be at the same level for full marathons throug proper training and steadily improve my speed.
Personal:
I am 52 started running at the age of 49 am married have two children.
Big workout: 3k warmup, 2k @MP, 5x1k@10k pace, 200m recovery, 2k @MP, 3k CD
