I began running in jan 2009 and since then have completed 3 marathons  and numerous half marathons.

Full Marathon : 5:08 at Rotterdam April 2011
4:43:30 at Mumbai, India 15 Jan 2012  

Half Marathon: 2:01 a trail in South India Sept 2010

10k : 53:07 The Hague April 2011 

5k: 24:45 Aug 2010

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to be able to run the full marathon with negative splits, minimal walking and be able to complete within 4:30

Long-Term Running Goals:

I enjoy running half marathons as i complete them with very little pain and i want to be at the same level for full marathons throug proper training and steadily improve my speed.
